Best bacon around

A few Sundays back, my man and I got up early and headed to Salt’s Cure. A new brunch place that we had heard lots of buzz about it. We got there a half an hour early to a line.  Crazy? crazy. But well worth the wait. Cured in-house meats, warm biscuits and strong french press coffee.  Our seats at the bar gave us a front row view to the perfectly fried eggs and the owners/chefs (complete with beards and tattoos) volleying off one another. I must say, I love seeing my peer pursuing and being successful in their creative endeavours. It’s truly inspirational.

What I’m trying to say is: if you are in West Hollywood you must check this place out. We are already making plans to go back to try the dinner menu.
