What better way to spend a day off then to visit that museum you’ve been promising yourself to get to for years? The Getty Villa was the location; a wonderful architectural marvel inspired by Pompeii ruins. The weather was gloomy and an ocean breeze made it quite chilly, all in all, perfection. All  halls filled with marble bust of mighty gods. Detailed jewels glass perfume bottles. Wandering the grand gardens you think about people who lived in such glory. What did they think about? They mind wanders. And when one goes to such a spectacular location you must dress the part. This grey and burgundy day dress was a perfect find from Shareen Vintage (added bonus: pockets!!).  A turquoise belt with bow is a great little pop of color with coordinated earrings. With a nice black wool bell hat the outfit is fit to view all sorts of beautiful statues and fountains.
